So well First let's let you introduce yourself. Samantha. AF: Hi everybody. Amanda, I'm glad to be here. I am a speech therapist and train unique education instructor and have been operating in the field of education for rather some time now. primary school, in addition to intermediate school and at the college level.
Some things were falling through the cracks for them and they were struggling. Therefore we began to see the same patterns of behavior, time and time again with, these students that, you know, in some cases when they're in high school and transitioning to college, we take a look at them and we state their failure to launch, or in some cases they're, they're the ones that go to college.
What, you understand, what the trouble is. So we began to look at those students in particular and what we discovered was that they all had the very same pattern of, of actually demonstrating weaknesses in the locations of executive function. That's, you understand, where I started to truly look at it and, and you know, starting with the college age and then actually moving down to high school and middle school and we see numerous times that trainees start having a hard time with these skills as early as upper primary school and middle school, clerk, you understand, so I'm pleased to be here.
